I've been getting my hair cut there since 2020. The man does not listen to any of my requests. I ask him to cut a hair a certain way, he objects saying it's ugly, and does what he wants. He stuck his fingers with the towel in my ear to clean out the wax. I come out looking stylish as all hell. If you think you know better than the man, you don't.

Worst experience I ever had. The male guy booked me in for an appointment , but when i get there the lady said “they do not have anything available on that day”. It spoiled my whole day. I won’t recommend anyone else and will never go there again.

worst case of hair dresser not listening to what i asked for, thinned out all my hair and gave huge very short layers i did NOT want. i asked for one inch off the bottom of my hair that was half way down my back, most of my hair is just below my shoulder, like rachel greens hair cut, he cut the hair in front really short that i specifically told him i had been growing out and did not want shorter. not only is it not what i wanted it’s so unflattering i have big chunks of hair that come below my chin into my face, as if i have a bowl hair cut as well as long hair. going to take several years to get my hair back. getting hair extensions cause i look so bad.
