My washing machine stopped working after 40 years. Edward had the exact machine I wanted for durability and efficiency and with a 7 year warranty. Also, it was in stock. Pamela called me back with a delivery window. The delivery guys called first and showed up 15 minutes later. They set up the new machine, ran it through a wash cycle, and took the old machine away. 5 star experience!
