Went for a parking break replacement. I agreed to to replacing the parking break, we went over my low battering and it being outdated. I agreed to the replacement of my battery. Upon recieving my car my vehicle, my bill included both rear calipers and break pad set had been replaced. I did not ask for my calipers or breakpads to be replaced nor was this discussed.

These guys definitely earned my trust today and I’ll be using them again. I went in with a few car queries but nothing major. They could easily have charged me for nonsense repairs and they could even have charged more for diagnostics and for the one thing that actually needed action but they didn’t. They made one repair, ran some tests and made one recommendation to be done at my leisure. It was easy, affordable and without stress. Thanks!!!

We recently were having issues with a "somewhat new to us" vehicle and we were not familiar with some of the features. The relatively new battery died and we removed it to return it but instead of replacing it they recharged it and told us we were good to go. We put the battery back in but the car would still not start. We had it towed to Langford Parkway Automotive and Transmission. Turns out it was a fairly easy fix and was ready to be picked up the same afternoon. Colin was very kind to explain exactly what had happened and how they were able to fix the problem easily and did not even charge us for their time!!! Needless to say they will now be our go to Auto Shop and although we don't wish to see them often, with 5 cars in the family I'm sure we will be back at some time. Thank you Colin and crew for restoring our faith in car repair shops.

After leaving a message saying I was stranded as my car broke down while driving to Sidney they never called back, had car fixed elsewhere. Unfortunately this place was better with previous owner Nat.

Had rear breaks done have absolutely 0 complaints. They were friendly in person and on the phone answered all my questions, had the vehicle done when they said they would, and the quot was more then the final price love that nobody likes an under estimator.
