Our condo flooded back in the spring of 2025. Our insurance recommended KCC and we were told it would be a 4-6 month completion. We have never had to make an insurance claim like this before and appreciated the care and time they took to do things right. Thank you.

Six weeks ago, our apartment was flooded from above (washing machine shutoff failure). Though it was late in evening, KCC came in with a full crew, who worked through the night to minimize the damage -- which was considerable. Over the week following, they were there nearly every day, working to remove large areas of wall, ceiling, and flooring in order to dry out behind with industrial heaters and dehumidifiers, as well as isolating the affected areas with hung ceiling-to-floor plastic barriers. We experience a major leak in our roof and need to file an insurance claim for the repairs. Our insurance agent sent out KCC to appraise the damage and work out the restoration details.
We did need to get the roof repair prior to KCC doing their part, however, they were great from start to finish. Heather, was wonderful at walking us through the process of our first insurance claim. Gave us all the details we needed and worked with their contractors to getting what our insurance agent needed for the emergency (such as getting our roof tarped).
