I had an appointment with Dr. Cole and she is one of few doctors I've seen on my life that was actually helpful and clearly cared. And I'm sure I'd say the same for all the staff if I met them.
I have seen Dr.Meghan for a baby. She has been very helpful and knowledgeable. For the appointment, she also prepares what we did last time or (she just remembers) we have been happy with her.A receptionist is a different story. She doesn’t do her job well such as managing an appointment or doesn’t send my husband’s requisition even he didn’t receive it.
