I came for an oil change on a discount Wednesday for women because I had not had an oil change in about 8 months and I still had about 4000 kms left before I was due for one. The nice fellow checked my oil and said it was still reasonably clean, and not down, and said that unless I was doing a long trip, it didn’t need changing for another few months so I’ll return in Sept or October. He topped up my washer fluid and checked my tires and I went on my way. Oh yes, he explained the different options for a synthetic oil change, recommending the middle option at under $140.00. Went in to get an oil change today as the indicators in my car showed it was time for a service (despite what the sticker from my last change was showing). After checking my oil, and calling up my service record, I was told that I didn’t need to get my oil changed for quite awhile yet. The staff member serving me was also kind enough to show me how to reset the indicators. I so appreciated the honesty today and it’s good to know that I am dealing with a business that truly values its customers. This is why I have been a customer for so long.
