Really friendly and helpful staff. I thought I had a problem with my exhaust pipe but it turned out to be spilled oil next to the engine (from an oil change elsewhere). They didn’t charge me and the experience left such a great impression and I’ll definite come back when I need brakes or other work down the road.
Second visit — and I highly recommend Budget Brake & Muffler!
Shelly at the counter is friendly, warm and helpful, even when she’s crazy busy :)
The team is honest, straightforward, and clear about what needs to be done now versus what can safely wait. No bullshit.
Fair prices, no pressure, and no attempt to convince you to pay for unnecessary work. As a female customer who knows a bit about cars, I really appreciate this!!

The whole team here is excellent. They are super busy but they do their very best . The nice lady who fields all the calls is wonderful. Ryan and Tyler are both exceptional . A lot of businesses could learn a lot from this business.
