I can truly give these guys an 11/10. Excellent product, lightning fast quality installation, with very kind and professional workers who truly went above and beyond helping with little extra things, and to top it all off they cleaned up immaculately after themselves

Today was carpet installation day for us and we could not be more impressed! Sabit Surmeli, was the project manager for this assignment through Island Floor Centre. Throughout the process, he has been most helpful, clearly offering suggestions and going above and beyond the basics in ensuring the choices we were given resulted in our complete satisfaction. Part of that process was assigning Alper as the highly personable and courteous installer. Alper worked tirelessly and expertly and the end result of his carpet fitting in two rooms and a staircase was perfection. We are very impressed with both the attitude and expertise of these two men. Thank you so much!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Island Floors. Sabit was our main contact and he was incredible to work with. His design sense is spot on — he really knows what he’s doing — and he went above and beyond to bring multiple samples, offer thoughtful recommendations, and make sure we felt confident in our decision.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Sabit kept us informed every step of the way and was always responsive and professional.
