Overall, we are very satisfied with the finished product.

​Installation for our two-level, 1,600 sq ft home took about a week. Initial conversations with our sales rep, Bruce, were very encouraging, and we appreciated his casual, low-pressure approach.

​Communication during the installation between Bruce, the installer, and us was another story, however. There were a lot of gaps and miscommunications that made the project more challenging than necessary. Had I not taken time off work to address many of these challenges as they arose, the outcome likely would have been a compromise.

My experience with project manager, Sabit and Brenda was positive. They were helpful and knowledgable about the products that worked with my budget and easily available for questions.
The floor installation was done by Mustafa who is very experienced and did an amazing job. Mustafa went out of his way to make the difficult transition around my wood stove blend in. I am very happy with my new flooring and The customer Service service that I received.

Sabit was so helpful in choosing the best type of flooring for our project. Very knowledgeable and a great selection of products. We are having thw installation at the end of the month and we are so excited.
