Dealing with a stressful insurance claim- water damage, with a number of twists and turns. The one positive aspect has been dealing with Sabit Surmeli at Island Floor Centre. Top notch customer service, even after hours, on his own accord. I totally encourage anyone in the market for flooring, to get in touch with Sabit. Old school customer service and beyond.
We were pleased with the competitive estimate; especially as it included floor leveling not mentioned by other companies. Also, extremely impressed with the installer (Sal) who did an excellent job. We will ask for him when we are ready for our next flooring.
