I sometimes am distrustful about multiple year warranties (their's is 10 years), but Island Energy came through when our heat pump system, which was installed about 4 years ago, had a problem. There was a charge for analyzing the problem, but the cost of the 4 1/2 hour repair and parts was $0, it was fully covered by the warranty. Many thanks to the friendly and highly skilled technicians!
I’ve had a great experience with Island Energy. The office staff are always prompt to answer the phone, friendly, and very knowledgeable, making everything easy from the start.
Their service team has been outstanding. My heat pump is quite old and replacement parts are no longer available, but instead of simply telling me I needed a new unit, they took the time to fabricate a custom part on-site to keep it running. That has helped extend the life of my system and given me more time to save for a replacement.
