island Energy is a very professional group of people and don't make you feel dumb when you ask questions. in fact they go out of their way to explain things. the Techs are a great bunch of guys.
My furnace wasn't working, so I called Island Energy, and they said they could have someone come out to look at it that afternoon! Chris was the repair person and he was great. I highly recommend him! He showed up on time (early in fact!), explained to me and showed me exactly what the problem was, and told me how to avoid it in the future. He was very professional and personable. I couldn't be happier!
