Honestly super impressed with this place. I had my wedding dress sitting around for a couple of years and in that time, it yellowed and had residual dirt and stains on the bottom of the gown. I was pretty hesitant to bring it in for a clean in fear of it getting further damaged, but it came out looking brand new. It was pretty pricey, but well worth it to know I now have a memory to keep for a lifetime. Thank you for your hard work in preserving my gown!

Such quality work, super nice staff. Amazing results with odd fabrics, hand stitched beadwork by my dear mother on some kind of velour, linen so dirty but then super crisp and bright white. Pick up and delivery goes without a hitch. Sheepskin rugs too!

The staff were AMAZING. We had a clothes moth infestation and had to launder / dry clean everything we owned so we knew we were in for a pretty big bill. But the ladies at Individual Dry Cleaners got everything done in less than a week and we so kind and complemented my dresses, they were so sweet. ? Definitely going back (hopefully under less mothy circumstances).
