Recently had Impact plumbing in for some ongoing issues on old work by others. Mike was professional, prompt, and precise in his estimate . His worker Max initially came out and did a thorough job troubleshooting and made recommendations. We ended up needing a bit more work done, and Mike was able to come out relatively quickly and set us up. Took the time to explain what needed doing and why, and did a test run to prove it was the correct fix. Came well prepared, was courteous the entire time. Would recommend, and will return for future plumbing needs 10/10
