My wife's phone stopped charging and Sylvain diagnosed it as a cord issue. Sylvain is super nice and definitely a tinkerer. He didn't charge us anything and offered to let us stay to charge my wife's phone. He also recommended the type of cord we should get. He refused payment for the visit which was incredibly generous. He also responded immediately to my text message when I first reached out.

Great experience! My son smashed his iPad screen and was unable to use it. They were able to replaced it so quickly, along with a phone battery and the cost was so reasonable. I will definitely be going back.
