Hi overall good experience and happy with installed product, although experience with it very limited so soon after install. Apparently I should add vent holes on top surface of cabinet, and I was unaware that the front style I got is designed for having surrounding tiles.

I just received my Valor Electric Fireplace insert and I’m really happy with my purchase from Heat Savers. It was great having Brett come over to check out where it was being installed, making sure the Valor would fit and what front and backing plate to order to give it a great finish. Unfortunately, my picture doesn’t do the logs and flame justice.

This company didn't even have the decency to reply for a quote. Normally when a company doesn't reply for a quote you should run in the other direction. I am currently running in another direction. I provided lots of information as well. For me this company should be a HARD pass. Bye bye buisness. Your's sincerely a non customer.
