For an early Christmas gift, I paid for my daughter to have her hair professionally coloured for the first time at Headcase Hair Studio. The owner Brandy took great care of her and she walked out of the studio feeling like a movie star! Thanks for the attention to detail to ensure her experience was special.

I went there for my first time and had my hair cut by Rachael and I loved it, it was so nice that other people in the salon commented on how nice it was. Definitely refer Rachael to my friends and family.

Update;Brandy fit me in today and corrected the colour, she was very thorough sectioning my hair and checked in with me through the process. She turned the disappointing result to something I am happy with. The original review is below and I will be updating the rating to reflect the changes made. It's nice to know they take responsibility and customer satisfaction seriously! Thank you Brandy!Got a haircut from Autumn today and while the cut was good the dye job is patchy with blond bits completely missing the purple dye that I didn't notice until I put my hair up at home. These are not pieces of hair she wouldn't have seen were missing dye when cutting my hair either...read full review
