First time here and it was amazing. I did an evening two hour session and I would highly recommend it.
Hot tubs could be a bit hotter but that could be a personal preference.

We haven’t been yet. My 5 star rating is about the customer service. The booking experience was 10/10 and now we have had a situation come up where we need to postpone. The staff are helpful, kind and understanding. No attitude, no grief about our postponing. You would think the conversation was between two friends. If this is the behaviour of the staff. Then when we do experience HAVN in person. We know the experience will be a ten out of ten. Thank you to your incredibly kind and helpful team. They are a true rarity. :/)
