I’m surprised at all of the high reviews because this place has been an absolute pain to deal with. It makes me want to get rid of both our jeeps and move on to a different dealership and brand all together. Terrible representatives for the Jeep name. I would give this place negative stars if I could.
The service department is extremely overpriced, rude and incompetent. Trying to get a concrete answer or quote out of them is like pulling teeth. They claim that “the system doesn’t add the taxes and extra fees” but fail to actually mention it when getting the quote. It’s only when you go to pick up that you get surprised with all these extra charges, and I have personally been spoken to like I don’t understand taxes and fees like I’m a toddler. The guy working the service desk is clueless, rude, and misogynistic, and I don’t say that lightly. Here’s a thought: if your system doesn’t give the exact numbers, how about use a calculator or get a different system?!
They’ve proven themselves unreliable at best, failing to put a screw top in properly and leaving my husband stranded in the middle of Langford parkway during rush hour.
The sales department is no better. They will call and after one ring, hang up the phone. It’s downright ridiculous and annoying. They’re clearly trying to fulfill some kind of call quota. I’ve spoken to four people (the front desk, a sales rep, and two managers) to get myself taken off the call list and they STILL called me. Even after threatening to send them to the Canadian anti spam legislation, they still continued to call. It wasn’t until I went in person that they rectified the issue, but the fact that I had to call more than once AND go in to talk to someone, is ridiculous.
In short, avoid this place at all costs if you can. We only go because one of our jeeps is under warranty still, but when that’s over we will not return. Terrible customer service, rude and misogynistic and gaslighting employees, and expensive as all heck. avoid, avoid, avoid.

This was my second vehicle purchase with Emily at Harris Dodge, and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Emily is amazing super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and never once made me feel pressured. She made the entire process so easy and stress-free from start to finish. I am absolutely in love with my brand new Grand Cherokee! Huge shoutout to Emily and the awesome finance and management team as well. Couldn’t recommend Harris Dodge more highly!

Very bad experience with service Center I told them check air pressure and wash truck But they didn’t do and say to next time they will do . Before it last service they said guy got off who do washing . So all about other services things they just said they do but they don’t do , only oil change and other work which they charge . S

Hi I recently purchased a used vehicle from Harris Dodge. Finished all the purchase paperwork and drove home. The next day the vehicle had some issues with the temperature sensor and thermostat. Texted Emily to find out she was on holidays and she forwarded my case to her a manger Jason that promptly assisted me in getting the repairs completed. This all occurred a few days before Christmas and I am very happy to say that Jason funded the cost of all the repairs. I can’t say enough about the service I received from this business. Jason and Emily went the extra mile and this type of service should be celebrated.

We bought a car here, the day we walked in everything went smooth and was a great experience. We then had some unfortunate communication issues while processing our payment. Since it involved international money transfer. After some prompting via a negative review. They reached out to us, to assure us they were working on things behind the scenes, to the best of their abilities. This lead to the feeling that things could have been handled better but we appreciated the willingness and effort to make us feel better about this. From then on it was clear there was a miss understanding, and they really put some over the top effort in. They were very communicative, and we felt they really cared to make us feel reassured and valued. The sales team was great too, so overall we are quite satisfied and happy to have our beautiful new car!

They really take the time to understand the needs of their customers, while making the whole experience enjoyable. A big issue with my vehicle popped up shortly after I purchased it, but the dealership took care of it for me. I highly recommend them.
