I am very unhappy with my experience at Gold Hair Lounge . I came in wanting to go much more blonde than I already was, but after spending the entire day there from 10 AM until 4 PM, I left with hair that actually looked darker than before. Even my friends and family immediately noticed and commented that my hair looked darker and like almost nothing had been done to it.
For an appointment that took 6 hours and cost me $300, I expected a noticeable transformation and much better results. Instead, I felt extremely disappointed with both the outcome and the overall treatment. I left feeling like I paid a lot of money for basically no change at all.
Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this salon based on my visit.

Van was AMAZING! He’s slick, stylish, and so savvy with styling. He has a sharp eye and really knows what suits you. I’m not easily pleased, and I left genuinely impressed. Highly recommend. ✨

Kennedy was absolutely amazing! I have struggled in the past to get the perfect golden balayage for my naturally brown hair but she nailed it. I explained what I was looking for and she got it immediately and asked the right question to make sure we were on the same page. She is also such a sweetheart, I had such a lovely time there. Thank you again for everything ❤️

I literally just walked out of my appointment with Jodi and I had to write this right away because I’m so happy with my hair. I went in with an idea of a wolfcut and wasn’t totally sure how it would turn out on me, but she completely understood the vision and made it even better than I imagined. She took her time, explained what she was doing, and made sure everything suited my hair and face. The cut is SO good!!! The layers, the volume, the way it frames my face. Everything just falls perfectly. It feels light, styled, and effortless all at the same time. I keep touching my hair because I’m actually obsessed with how it turned out. On top of that, she’s just really easy to talk to and made the whole experience feel comfortable and fun. If you’re even thinking about getting a wolfcut or honestly any type of haircut, go to Jodi. I’m 100% coming back. 💕

Booked an updo for 10:00 AM for a wedding day, and they assigned me a barber who couldn’t even do an updo. Then I was told to wait 90 minutes for a proper hairdresser. Completely unacceptable, this place ruined my schedule, my plans, and added unnecessary stress on an important day.
