Feeling very grateful for Gold Apple and the service I received for my MacBook Pro. My water bottle spilled in my backpack and my computer received water damage. I brought it to Gold Apple right before closing and he stayed late to make sure the water was cleaned out so there wouldn’t be any corrosion. There was a massive water stain inside my screen that was never going to go away completely. Since I do professional video and photo work this was a major issue. Gold Apple offered a solution to order a brand new screen assembly. Within the same day of the screen arriving he installed it for me. I had brought my Macbook Air in completely unresponsive and under the impression it was a goner. The initial diagnostic only took about 2 hours, and i was told by Mohammed that the motherboard had water damage; however, it could be likely be revived. I rolled the dice and by the end of the day, I got the call notifying me that everything with my Mac is up and running!!!! The service was timely, honest, and professional, I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you again Mohammed!! : )

I thought my phone was unrepairable when I smashed the screen to the point where it wouldn't turn on and I thought I'd never be able to transfer data to a new phone. I was given a very reasonable quote compared to other businesses around town and my phone was fixed in 2 hours. I later discovered that there was an issue with the fingerprint sensor and dropped back in to consult and they immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue and my phone was 100% in 30 minutes. The technician I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I was extremely happy with the customer service and pricing and would HIGHLY recommend this business. 5 stars.
