Blackapple Cellular Victoria is a phone, tablet, and computer repair business renowned for its legendary customer service. They provide free information and advice about devices and repairs at reasonable prices with a quick turnaround time. Understanding the urgency of business and personal matters that depend on cell phones, they strive to offer their services during all types of circumstances.
They repair all major phone models and tablets, including iPhone, Blackberry, HTC, LG, Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, and Sony. Since starting as a cell phone repair center in Victoria BC, they have become the most trusted cell phone service provider with over 3 locations on Vancouver Island.
Customers appreciate the great location and the service that goes above and beyond. One customer brought their fiancee's iPhone Pro Max for a charging issue. After visiting several shops and receiving high quotes for a charge port replacement, they found that the charge port was fine, and the wall charger was the issue, saving them a lot of money. Another customer had a great experience with Faisel, who communicated well and fixed their phone quickly at a reasonable price.
Blackapple Cellular's family of customers relies on them for anything phone and tablet related. They have replaced screens, repaired phones that don’t turn on, replaced charging ports, and applied screen protectors. Their prices are consistent and fair, and they ensure fast turnaround times. If they don’t have what a customer needs, they work to get it in, sometimes on the same day or the next. Overall, Blackapple Cellular is highly recommended for fair, trustworthy, and satisfactory services.
I stopped by today with high anxiety about a suspected hacking of my iPhone 12. I am not a techie so didn’t want to resolve it through Apple support. The owner resolved the issues within minutes. I need a new iPhone 12 (battery drainage issues) so will definitely return.
Highly recommend Faisal, who was very kind and helpful! He went above and beyond to help me with the phone issue.
I have so much gratitude for Fazal's expertise. He is patient and professional and has helped me every time I go to get help. I recommend this company.
