The service has always been great, and my family has been getting haircuts here for several years. However, I had an unpleasant experience with the recent phone reservation process. After the call was answered, I clearly told the front desk staff that I wanted to book an appointment with Alex for a hair coloring service. However, after hearing this, the person just placed the phone aside and ignored me. I could hear them talking to other customers, and the phone was left unattended without any response to me. I have been going here for years, they are like family. The front staff (which are the owners, they are there everyday) have an incredible memory for clients names and who their stylists is, they will even remember to ask about trips or occasions discussed at previous visits. They genuinely care about their clients. Joshua is my stylist and he is the most talented stylist in Victoria. I guarantee you will leave there feeling like a million bucks and that you can conquer anything!!!!
