We have been relying on Gaslight for boiler and fireplace maintenance for several years, and their service has been consistently professional and prompt. They also have exceptional customer care. Jennifer spent time over the phone helping me book an appointment, explaining the rebate process, and suggesting an alternative service date with a discount so I could save some money while getting the service done a few days earlier. It has been a pleasure dealing with Sylvia as well, whether it is scheduling an appointment or assisting with a leaking issue that extended beyond their scope of service. We just had a multi unit heat pump installed by Gaslight and were pleased every step of the way. Their price was fair and was for a unit with the new, lower-amp refrigerant (which wasn't available at some of the other companies), they were quick to schedule and to accommodate last minute changes (thanks Jenn!), and they were knowledgeable, knowing what kinds of systems wouldn't work well with our space. Their install crew was great, too. I can't speak to maintenance or longevity yet, but so far I'd highly recommend Gaslight.
What can I say? While in the middle of a rodent inspection with our pest control company , I noticed our gas hot water tank had packed it in. Water everywhere and a household of people with no hot water.
I called these folks at 2:15 pm, had an estimate by 2:45, crew showed up at 4, job was finished by 5:30. Worked like a well-oiled machine. Seamless and professional communication from the office throughout the process. The 3 fellows who showed up and did the work were top notch, and were courteous, polite, highly efficient and professional. Keep them at all cost!
