We just had the annual servicing done on our two Valor branded gas fireplaces by this company. I phoned in to get the appointment time and date that I wanted. The technician came to our house right on time and got the two fireplaces cleaned and serviced for a reasonable price. He also brought along a small piece of paper with a reminder on it that FortisBC offers an appliance maintenance rebate for our two units that I could apply for online. We will be making use of this company's services in the future as our needs dictate it.
Gaslight installed a heat pump system in our home and they were great to work with. Their estimator- Gordon - was knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the benefits of heat pumps in plain language and Gaslights cost estimate was very competitive. They indicated that since they deal directly with the manufacturer- Daikin- they are able to get a preferred price that they pass onto consumers. The installers were on time, competent and did a great job of cleaning up after the install. I would highly recommend Gaslight for heat pump installation.
Wow what great service & sales. They serviced both my gas fireplace & tankless HW heater. The technician was extremely knowledgeable & prove very fair. They are excellent to attend to any gas service. Wonderful service ,,,
