Mark Gottfried is Victoria's knee expert! I appreciate his comprehensive assessments, his effective treatments and his recommendations for exercise, better shoes etc. In the years that I have seen Mark I have been clear that he's an expert in what he does and he has my best interests at heart and doesn't overtreat or try to upsell me. The new location at Foul Bay Physiotherapy is easy to get to and I love the natural light in the treatment rooms. I highly recommend Mark Gottfried! Oh - and the office staff is warm and friendly. I feel like a VIP there!

I was fortunate to get in on a early cancelation and see Dr Ian . love the guy . seen dozens of doctors over the years and I would give him 10 stars if possible .. no bs clear and concise kind and pleasant with great communication skills . I left feeling well cared for with a good plan of care to go forward with ..Thanks Ian the world could use more caregivers like Ian .. ps receptionist at the time was also very welcoming and attentive shout out to her as well .. over all great experience

I found the booking process to be easy. The administrative assistant is approachable and easygoing. Ian has been an amazing resource for me! He is very attentive and knowledgeable and makes time for me to voice my concerns. I highly recommend this clinic.
