I was able to get help 2 mins after i called to inquire. The guy working was so kind and helpful. fixed my car in 10 minutes! Didnt even let me tip. Im so blown away by the generosity and care they had for me and my car! 11/10 i will definitely be going back there if i have any other issues with my car!!

Wonderful experience- I needed to replace my radiator and Fernwood Auto took the time to source a well priced part (significantly less $ than other mechanics). When I noticed something off with my car a couple months later, they fit me in right away, diagnosed the simple issue, fixed it, and didn't charge me. I really appreciate small gestures like this as someone on a budget. It means a lot. My car is deeply important to me (it was my grandfather's before he died) and Fernwood took good care of me and the car. Thank you.

I did a real dumb move this week: ‘97 Honda Accord needed new low-beam bulbs (9006s), but Canadian Tire handed us 9005 high-beams instead. Of course I didn’t notice until I’d crammed them into the housings where they wedged in tighter than a pickle jar lid. After two hours of prying, cursing, and youtube videoing, still couldn’t get them out. Heading up island and didn’t have time to book a proper appointment anywhere.
