honest detailed inspection and report. he knows every aspect of houses and takes the job very seriously. Very trustworthy person as he actually climbs onto the roof and underneath things to find potential problems and takes photos or every key part and then shows you even small things that need to be done to fix the hous.
Martin was absolutely lovely. He thoroughly checked the home we bought, went through all of his findings with us which contained pictures he could show us on his computer and was most pleasant to deal with. Martin even returned to the sellers to explain to them what needed to be done. I'm very impressed and pleased with his services and will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
