We had a wonderful experience with James. He was very thorough, professional, and was able to explain his findings in very simple, understandable terms. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy home inspector.
We were very satisfied with James' home inspection services. From the outset, he made himself available, arranging a date on short notice. After completing the inspection, James provided us with a comprehensive verbal report in person, and answered our questions carefully and fully. His detailed written report was even more thorough, with notes and photos which will be an asset for us for the care and maintenance of our home going forward.
James was courteous and polite. He was very thorough with the inspection and answered all of our questions. The next day, I needed some information and James responded to my text message very fast and provided the information I needed right away. Thanks James!
