I started coming in around three months ago asking about Ron's services before I had all the money together to get one of his custom-built PCs. Each time, I said I would finally be coming in soon to place the order
Well, after three months of promising and badgering him with emails, I finally put in the order. And not only did he put up with said badgering, he did an excellent job.

I was experiencing problems akin to a failing GPU (tearing, horizontal lines) and thought I also needed to replace my PSU with it since I built my PC in 2009/10. I called Ron and brought in my PC and he was able to determine I only needed to replace my msi nVIDIA GTX460 video card with a spare second-hand asus nVIDIA GTX460 he had laying around.I thought I wouldn't be able to procure a GPU for months due to lead times and he was able to give me back my PC within an hour before I had to leave on a trip to Vancouver! Such a helpful human being and amazing customer service.
