Just had my first haircut (from long to short - it was a big deal) with Kristy. The cut is fantastic. She's a terrific listener, thoughtful, gracious and clearly really, really knows what she's doing. For me, a cut not only has to look good but, even more importantly, has to feel right on my head. Not an easy task for the hair stylist (given my hair), but she managed spectacularly. I'm so grateful to have found her. And the salon itself is a really beautiful space. All 'round wonderful experience.
