I spoke to Jason about my brakes today…he was amazing, super honest as I was told I need new brakes by another mechanic, and Jason said to come back in 8k km as the brakes are still good
I love honesty and will be using Ellice auto again for all my Volkswagen needs!

I know Neil through the Vancouver Island blacksmiths association. Recently I purchased a Golf TDI and brought it in to have service done on it at Neil's shop. I wouldn't bring my vehicle anywhere else. They are kind, courteous and fair. They know what they're doing when it comes to VWs.

If I could give a 10 star rating I would! I was really nervous about bringing my car to a shop for the first time ever, it the newest vehicle I’ve owned by about 20 years. I’ve always worked on my own vehicles and if it’s something I didn’t know how to do, my dad did it. For something this new, 2011 Jetta, I didn’t trust having the necessary technical diagnostic skills or tools, so I decided a Volks shop was my best option. I’m a single mom and I really had very little wiggle room financially to work with. I work at a local, long trusted auto parts shop, Key 2, and Ellice was the hands down recommended shop for V dubs.
