Good morning, To Whom It May Concern, On September 16th, 2022, I attended work on schedule and was aware of a paint company coming for the day to paint a galvanized steel staircase. I parked in my usual parking spot which was approximate to the staircase. The companies Name Responsible for incident is "Durwest Construction". Two Painters assembled their workstations. (Drop clothes, plastic sheeting, and blocked off doors leading out to the staircase). *This was their second time coming back to perform work that was done incorrectly* (Sanding and proper prep we're not done initially). Treats their subtrades like garage. Durwest is king and subtrades are scum. Several jobsites I have been on the subtrades meet off site to discuss how we can all work together so we can make money because Durwest is so disorganized. Like many subtrades, we all include a Durwest tax, and Durwest doesn't care they just pass it on to the owner with their markup
