My first visit and I'm leaving pleasantly sore. He was great about all the clinical stuff and making sure I was aware of the next few steps and where he would be touching. At the end he recommended stretches for my problem areas and posture.
I have seen Shanna three times in the last month or so to help resolve some chronic, debilitating, back and shoulder/neck pain. She is absolutely WONDERFUL at her job. I have nothing but stellar things to say about her work, and her character as a person. :)
Her techniques (though I could not exactly put into words what they are, as someone not in her field), are so incredibly soothing and relieving. It's the kind of pressure where at certain points it kind of takes you aback at times, and might even wince, but is somehow soooo incredibly soothing at the same time?? Magical!
