Porsche 911. Hit a deer. Provided excellent service. Recognized the importance of the car to me. Very good paint. Managed ICBC and insulated me from administrative headaches. Used OEM parts. Went the extra mile in customer satisfaction- Manager Matt was always informed and hands on. Matt met me on drop-off and on pick-up and introduced me to John, who was managing the repair. Fussed over the car on pickup and answered all of my technical questions. Happy customer. Not so much the deer. Update: 6- months later a large bird soiled my car and caused some caustic damage. Mark is excellent. He helped me figure out my insurance plan from Calgary, which was a nightmare. He naturally puts the customer first which rarely happens these days.
