We had a kitchen backsplash done by Decora, and we couldn’t be more pleased.
Our experience began with Meghan, who gave us tireless, helpful service in selecting our tile. She even created a handmade, colour-coded selection card with details on ETA, prices, and notes such as “full boxes only.” We could take the samples home to be sure of our choice — a detail we really appreciated.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen tile! The tile itself is stunning truly like a piece of art that transforms the entire space. The team that installed it was incredibly professional, courteous, and skilled. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident in every step of the process. The finished product is spectacular.
The two Vlads quickly and carefully removed the existing backsplash without damaging my cabinets. Martin was a master craft who carefully cut and installed my beautiful tiles even around shelves. Jay carefully applied the grout between the tiles.
They came exactly on the date that we had agreed upon and got the job done exactly in the number of days that they had specified.
I couldn’t be happier with Decora Tile, their tiles and the craftsmanship the staff offers.
