Besides nicely kept building and beautifully decorated interior, very knowledgeable and outstanding staff. Starting from the receptionists, - had all my information already sorted out before first visit (2 different insurance coverages, and no problems). Always call you with a reminder, smiling and polite. Only did massage therapy once but Stacie definitely did a good job. And ofcourse Chiropractic "section" was the reason for my initial appointment - outstanding service, explanations of the treatment and exercises and obviously treatment itself. Back to back is the best! Stacey and Kaho are incredible RMTs. I also adore Samantha (chiropractor/naturopathic doctor), as well as Clara (acupuncture). The reception staff are also amazing and friendly. You can’t go wrong by going here.
Back 2 Back has great practitioners and employees but I want to give an additional shout out to Dr. Kyle (naturopathic doctor) who’s calm, knowledgeable and empathetic approach helped me get a handle on my journey to better health. Samantha (RMT) hurts me every time I go in ha ha but the results are fantastic and she’s amazing ?. Last but not least is Dr.Julia (chiropractor & owner) who is not only their fearless leader and the best chiropractor I know, but the happiest and most positive person I have ever met ❤️
