I've gone there for three hair cuts now and every time I was met with polite, hard working staff who cares about their clients. Every employee I've seen there does their job to the best of their abilities and should be proud of their work. I am happy to continue taking my business here.

Fast, efficient and good quality products.Adding to my previous review for another great experience.My daughter had a HAIR EMERGENCY today as a cosmetology student in her highschool horrifically altered her hair. Calling and pleading for a remedy they quickly came to the rescue squeezing us in on a busy Friday afternoon. I am so incredibly thankful for this location. A miracle was performed today. Thank you so much ladies, you rock!

I went to Chatters in Langford for the first time a week ago. Israel did a lovely job cutting my hair, and I'll definitely be going back. Very friendly people, very clean salon.
