Had an appoinment last week to get my haircut I was really just looking for a trim but there was no option for that on their website so I booked according to my hair length the service was going to be $56 approximately my appointment took less than 15 minutes the hairdresser gave me shit for booking too much time although she charged me the exact price it was going to be if it took an hour and honestly it's one of the worst trims I've ever had I look like I need a haircut my wonderful regular hairdresser is out for 6 weeks and I will be counting the minutes till she's back
Tillicum Mall. I was a walk-in today & happy they could take me immediately. I asked for just a wavey style done with a straightener. The young Asian girl(forgot her name) took me to a chair, asked questions & started doing the front of my hair after I told her what I would like. When she started, I was flipping through my phone to find the photo of exactly what I wanted. She kept checking in and also allowed me to interrupt her work to redo certain waves that didn't look right. The left side of my hair was great but the right side needed work over again. The service from start to finish was wonderful. I was able make a short notice appointment, for my long curly hair within an hour and a half. I was in need of a change and Lorraine gave me Exactly what I showed her. Lorraine is so talented and would recommend her to everyone. Exceptional stylist and additional staff.
Requested style: Medium length asymmetrical, layered lob.
