Cedar Hill Auto provides fantastic service, with thorough reviews of work done and what to expect in the future. Their technicians are meticulous, washing their hands before working on vehicles. They also identify and fix issues that other mechanics may have overlooked, such as wheel imbalance and misaligned steering. With fair prices and transparent explanations, customers feel taken care of and safe on the road.
New in Victoria, I was recommended this mechanic for my old Chevy. The team was very kind and professional. Even on a Friday at the end of the week, when you just want to go home, they took the time to explain the issue, showed me the details of the invoice. I really appreciated that and highly recommend them.
I've been coming for years and never had a problem. They help with souring cabs, explaining techy car stuff in layman's terms, and are overall pleasant and cheerful. They literally spark joy with their friendliness.
Had purchased a used tuck that had major issues. Dealership had it sent to four mechanics that they use and could never find and fix a clunk in the front end. Brought it to cedar hill and it was diagnosed in seconds. They treated me more than fairly and price was very reasonable. They are my go to mechanic shop now.
Thanks for the great service!
