Read the negative install reviews and thought I would reserve my own opinion and give the shop a chance. Only had the RSI Smartcap for 4 days and experienced a leak from the positive air vent. It was a manufacture defect as the vent was glued on and coming apart… took it to Cap-it and they fixed it. Then experienced a second bigger leak through the front of the cap where the gasket was poorly installed and not sealing… again took it back and had them correct it.
Paid extra for Cap-it Langford to install it and I was never told they would drill a hole through the driver side floorboard to tap into the brake wire… no rustproofing was done, nor rubber... read full review

Where to start with this business.I ordered a new canopy.when it showed up they installed it out of alignment thus hitting the cab while driving) fairly basic detail if you ask me...also missing latch parts which took multiple follow up phone calls and trips out of my way to complete over many months.The main thing that struck me was the attitude from the counter guy,some of the worst customer service this side of the planet Saturn.I feel like they know they have a corner on the market and act accordingly.won't use again or recommend.

Came in to look at camp chairs and ask about an awning part. The staff member was quite condescending. Despite giving the actual part name, he assumed it was a different one and became argumentative when I tried to show the correct part on the website. If I had ordered the part he was trying to sell it would have been incompatible.
