The only reason I gave four rather than five stars is because the prior experience with tire replacement resulted in issues that had to be resolved by others at additional unexpected cost. I can definitely recommend Nitin and this team and also appreciate the Triangle MasterCard program and payment plan options!

Came in for a diagnosis regarding my muffler making an absurd noise. The team was very professional about dealing with the problem and squeezed in a time that worked for me to get it fixed the same day. I'd say it was a bit expensive but was well worth it for the transparency and communication

During Xmas week I had to leave my older car overnight for service. Alan called me promptly the next morning, the new Eliminator battery I asked for was installed by noon and I was seen promptly when arriving at the office. Ron explained the costs on my receipt and didn't rush me as I asked all the questions, like a new customer should. Tip: if the mechanics have been with the auto centre for many years, it is a going concern. This is my car's new care home !
