I used to get incredibly nervous before haircuts -- with my hair there was a 50% chance I'd walk out looking like Jim Carrey from Dumb and Dumber. With Burt, I can rest easy. He's clearly very experienced at what he does and gives great cuts, plus he's an all-around affable guy. Prices are reasonable too.

My mum told me to trim my beard because I looked like a homeless person, so I decided to visit Burt's Barbershop. The atmosphere there is fantastic. Burt and the other patrons kept me entertained with amusing conversations while I waited. I left looking like a male model—practically ready to star in "Zoolander." Included is a photo of me working on Blue Steel. Go see Burt for a great trim and a good laugh!

Burt's is the barbershop you want to go to because it checks all the boxes.
First and foremost, he's really good at cutting all kinds of hair. It helps if you know what you want, or at least have some photos you've found online of styles you want to try. Burt has something in the range of 20 years of experience at the time of this review, so he knows what he's doing and he aims to be the best in town. (spoiler alert: he is)
Second, he's got an online reservation system on his website where you can make an appointment for when you'd like to come in. None of the nonsense of showing up and waiting forever... read full review
