I didnt personally deal with Bullfrog myself, but I purchased a used 2002 Ranger that had a transmission that was serviced or rebuilt by them. Since my first road test till 2 months now currently, I sing the praises of that tranny's performance. Best part of the truck. Hands down, right hand to god.

I have to give a shout out to this great group of people who provide a terrific service to the people of Victoria. I was promptly served and was very satisfied with their efforts on my behalf. While I was in the waiting area I overheard how Kate in the front office handled phone calls to the company. It's always great to see people who do a good job and she is a wonderful example of how a person should approach their work and how to respectfully support their customers. A full 5 star review from me.

These people were so pleasant to deal with. I recently acquired second-hand Mini Cooper. After having a bad experience with the BMW dealership Victoria, we had contacted Bullfrog. Long story short, they were able to diagnose what was going on with the car. Unfortunately, They were not able to get a hold on the parts needed as the dealership dictates the market. They were so nice not to charge us for the time and efforts they have given looking into the car, and to getting the parts. We had to bring the car to the dealership at the end....,but with professionally educated knowledge.
