This outfit is outstanding. Alana, who has now worked with us twice (yes, we are repeat customers) is extraordinarily thoughtful, responsive and expert in helping one make decisions. Kyle came to do the installation this time and he was delightful - careful, efficient and very thorough. And the gentleman who does the scheduling bends over backward to make things work in a timely fashion. They install quality products that are a joy to live with. (And they did NOT ask me for a review.) You can't miss with them.

We were really lucky to have started our search here. The reviews were right, we had a great experience with Budget Blinds. Lindsay was so patient with all our questions and really took the time to explain everything. There are so many options available but he made the process so easy. The installer, Kyle, was also fantastic. Our blinds look great and we couldn’t be happier. We have a few more windows that need refreshing, and it’s nice to know we can trust Budget Blinds. Love my new blinds! Dustin was super helpful and suggested a genius fix for my doors - replacing the glass so the mini blinds are enclosed inside. I didn't even know that was an option! I got the solar roller shades too and everything looks great. Abe did the installation and was fantastic. Super happy with the whole team.

Ian arrived ahead of schedule. He had called to ask if this was okay to which I said, yes. He was polite, professional and very competent. He has his own tools. He is clearly experienced at what he does. The installation of the blinds went smoothly and quickly. He left no mess and took all the litter with him. We were very pleased with our experience.
