Just had my cellphone (Galaxy A52 5g) battery replaced by this Black Apple location. VERY impressed with speed of service (done in less than 30 minutes), quality of work, and reasonable price. Will certainly come back again. Certainly recommended to others.

Another win for Blackapple Cellular. I have an iPhone 5S and wanted to get the broken screen replaced (3rd time). Not only did they replace the screen, but they also replaced the battery too.
The issue with the 2nd screen was that the battery was malfunctioned causing the screen to pop out. When they found out the issue, the immediately ordered a battery.

We were having a terrible time get reconnected to our home wifi and dropped into Blackapple for some help or a fix! The young man serving us was amazingly patient, so knowledgeable, and so nice in showing us how to navigate our cell phone system. I would highly recommend this business! And then he wouldn’t accept any payment for his time…..so unusual in this me,me,me society!
