I had a really good experience with Big O Tires, they gave me a great deal and didn't charge me for a TMPS sensor. Kevin, and the staff at the counter are really easy to deal with. I'll definitely be coming back for future service.

2025 update - I've always receive top notch service at Big O Tire. They are friendly, fast, and efficient. Earlier this year, I blew a tire and had to get my car towed to Big O. When I called them in a panic they were very helpful and fixed my tire and had me back on the road before the end of the day.
In Dec., I needed new tires before my trip up Island for Christmas, they helped me pick out all weather tires and had them all ordered, installed and balanced within 24 hours. Big O Tires continues to be my go to place for tire service in Victoria.

For situation with flat-tire can be very frustrating. I searched up online and saw BigO Tires have a lots of great-high reviews, and it turned out to be all true. Especially thanks to Martin and his team, who have been extremely helpful, patient and understanding. With his super nice attitude and great service, I was able to dealt with my situation right next day, no hassle and problems at all. Truly appreciated their eager to help and rapid response. Big thank you to Big O!!
