I am currently in the process of starting up a business which has led to many phone calls to many people. I Spoke to Shakiv on the phone and he was by far the easiest person i've dealt with. He was incredibly through, straight to the point, and insanely helpful, giving us exact figures instantly, helping us choose our plan. idk what that man makes but whatever it is not enough and he needs a raise. 10/10!
My visit to BCAA was for the purchase of travel insurance. The wait to see a rep was kinda long - between 20 and 30 minutes. However, all staff were friendly and there was plenty of seating. Insurance rep was knowledgeable and quick. Insurance rates were better than other quotes i received. They also gave me a discount because i was a new client. Very nice! I was pleased and would recommend getting a quote from BCAA for travel insurance.
