Had a issue with A/C not cooling. Had a service call to them. The technician that came to the house was very good at what he does. Great service. Job well done.
What a pleasure to find a competent AND honest plumber! We had a very complex problem with our water heater (which turned out to be a leaking pipe in the wall-not the water heater). They sent us a bill for the hours spent (considerable). When I called to query the very high bill they immediately acknowledged that a large part of it was due to their initial misdiagnosis and sent me a new bill for approximately 1/3 of the original one.
