The fellas at All Victoria Vacuums had my back! I was able to return a vacuum part and upgrade (only paying the difference). Also a problem was figured-out and a new hose was under warrantee still! Skilled and caring customer service is their specialty!

So impressed, took my vacuum in for a structural fix. They did it in a day for a small fee and also cleaned it. It works even better than it used to! I didn’t even go in for the suction, but it is drastically improved

Never thought I’d get excited about a new vacuum, but here I am.
Russ and Craig sold me my new Miele and this thing is the Ferrari of laminate (and carpets as demonstrated in store!) It’s sleek, powerful, has an exotic name and sucks like none other! I’ve brought it up at work in the lunchroom and many other awkward social settings, who doesn’t want to brag about having a German vacuum? I’ve even caught myself gazing longingly at its sleek shape in the corner of our living room.
