After having a horrible experience at Kamloops Hyundai, my fiancé and I went to Vernon Hyundai for help to find us a new vehicle to purchase. As a first time car buyer, and after we told them about the experiences we had at Kamloops, they were understanding and nothing but kind to us the entire time. The salesman we dealt with, Jesse Nicholson was not pushy, listened to what we wanted and what our needs were when it came to a new car. He went above and beyond to show us everything they had in our price range. Not to mention we reached out on Thursday and we came down on Saturday to test drive. A huge thank you to Brad and the service techs at Vernon Hyundai!!! I was visiting Kamloops from Vancouver over the long weekend when my Kona EV wouldn’t drive. Hyundai Roadside Assistance had my car towed to the Vernon dealership as they would only tow it within a certain range of kms and it was as close as I could get it to Kelowna where I had a place to stay. Brad was able to get my car serviced first thing in the morning after they reopened and I could not be more appreciative. They even washed my car knowing I was headed onto the Coq highway.
