We dealt with Ryley Pope in July of 2024, when we purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Our experience with Ryley Pope was nothing but positive. One of the biggest positives for us was that we gave him a monthly payment that we were comfortable with and not once did he try to show us cars that would have been over our payment. We found that to be very refreshing that he did not try to push us into something that we did not want. Our overall experience with Ryley was positive. He was very knowledgeable and if there was something he did not know, he would quickly find the answer. We plan on and hope to continue dealing with Hyundai in the future.

After having a horrible experience at Kamloops Hyundai, my fiancé and I went to Vernon Hyundai for help to find us a new vehicle to purchase. As a first time car buyer, and after we told them about the experiences we had at Kamloops, they were understanding and nothing but kind to us the entire time. The salesman we dealt with, Jesse Nicholson was not pushy, listened to what we wanted and what our needs were when it came to a new car. He went above and beyond to show us everything they had in our price range. Not to mention we reached out on Thursday and we came down on Saturday to test drive. During the test drive Jesse bought us Starbucks, and made us feel comfortable. Jesse was very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions we had regarding the vehicle. We decided to go ahead with the purchase. We were in and out of there within 4 hours with our brand new car! Huge shoutout to Jesse and Josh from finance. We felt comfortable there and were treated with the upmost respect. Unlike our other experience. From now on we will be driving from Kamloops to Vernon Hyundai specifically for all of our vehicle needs. The service at Vernon Hyundai is unmatched! Thank you, we appreciate all that you did for us.
